MODERN SLAVERY REPORT
Letter from our CEO
At Pentland Brands, we’ve always focused on creating brands that make a meaningful difference in people’s lives. This legacy of ambition and innovation continues to drive our iconic active and lifestyle brands, positively influencing our customers, communities and the talented people who drive our success.
This pursuit of excellence fuels our positive business strategy, which is rooted in a commitment to continuous action for both people and the planet. Some recent successes include Endura joining our growing list of B Corp certified brands and Pentland Brands securing validation from the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi). Both mark another step forward in our commitment to social and environmental impact.
We’ve also continued to leverage smart technology and innovation to better our operations. Through our partnership with Segura, a leading supply chain mapping platform, we can manage risks more effectively and work towards long-term transparency and traceability across our business.
Throughout these actions, we remain committed to partnering with NGOs, trade unions, and other brands to improve and strengthen our supply chain. We are proud to collaborate with organisations such as Better Work, the Ethical Trading Initiative and the United Nations Global Compact. Through ACT, we continue to advocate for living wages across the garment, textile and footwear industries. In 2024, we strengthened this commitment by signing a groundbreaking binding agreement with IndustriALL global union to support fair wages for garment workers in Cambodia.
Looking ahead, we’re committed to finding ways to improve. As compliance standards evolve, we are actively reviewing and updating our positive business strategy to ensure it goes beyond meeting expectations and drives a lasting positive impact. While we recognise that progress is ongoing, we remain focused on making sure our core values of integrity, accountability and respect guide how we do business.
